FAR WORSE THAT THE HELP MENU GIVES TOTALLY INCORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO DO THIS! It seems that AirBnB does not offer an email or phone contact because it does not want to deal with this degree of easily ineptitude, which would be easily resolved by a tech department that kept the website updated! Who do I contact at AirBnB to alert someone that this pressing issue needs to be fixed? How does a website-driven company possibly justify this degree of ineptitude with the basics? Bad enough that the process for managing and delisting one’s listings was so poorly designed. To deactivate a listing, one actually has to go the “Your listings” section, then go to the “calendar and more” section, then put one’s cursor exactly on the edge of the page to open up a side panel and then, in a window at the bottom of that side panel, select “snooze” or “unlisted.” I only know about this because I wasted a **bleep** load of time over several days trying to figure it out. In fact, there is no “Manage Listing and Calendar” section on your website. You’re still responsible for your confirmed reservations while your listing is snoozed." The day before your listing automatically activates, you'll get a reminder email that your listing will be available to book. What happens during "Snooze"?: From Airbnb: "While snoozed, your listing won't show up in search results and you won't receive any booking requests. Step 4: Enter the date you would like the "Snooze" to take effect and the date you would like it to end. Step 3: In the drop-down menu on the bottom-left where it says, "Listed", change this to "Snoozed". Step 2: Choose the listing you want to "snooze" and then choose "Manage Listing and Calendar". Step 1: Log into and click on "Host" and "Manage Listings". ![]() Your listing will automatically activate for the date you set and you will receive an email reminder. Basically it takes your listing out of searches for a time that you set. "Snoozing" your listing lets you set the dates that you are away and will unsnooze it for the day you want it active again.
